0I know we’re a day late but yesterday was the first day in about three years I didn’t turn my computer on. No email, no Facebook, nothing. Felt pretty good too. Anyway, here is one of my favorite pictures from the day.

0Well, If you know me you know I love to self promote. Since I really haven’t promoted anything on our new blog I want promote my photography business. I partnered up with Kevin Hillabolt and Tony Mills to form Sharp Capture Studios. We primarily cover Central Iowa and shoot just about everything. Our specialty is wedding photography so if you know someone who is getting married soon send them our way. Shoot, we’ll give you $50 if they book with us. Five Days Until Christmas
0Hey everyone. Do you have all your shopping done yet? Sabrina and I went out yesterday and it was worst than Black Friday. Parking was terrible, shopping was crazy, peoples attitudes were horrible. We were able to knock off two more people on the list, Chris and Baby Landon. All I can say is Chris should be able to swim faster with a tighter fitting Speedo… 
December Winter Storm 2009
0So I’m sitting inside my house wondering when is a good time to go back out and blow some snow around for the second time in four hours. When I was done with it the first time there was an inch of snow already on the drive! Dang! Looks like round two is on it’s way.

Great weekend
0We had a lot of fun this weekend. It started off by going up to Grandma Cindy’s place in Clear Lake, IA. Clear Lake was having a Christmas celebration thing in the town square. It was a lot of fun. We were able to go on a horse carriage ride, well sort of. They had two sets of horses pulling a carriage and the other was pulling a trailer. While the ride only took about three minutes it was a lot of fun. There were a ton of other things to do but the girls weren’t having any of it. I think in another year they’ll want to do everything. Oh well, it was a great getaway with the family! We’ve posted photos online at Picasa, click here to check them out.
Tonight we went to my mom and dad’s to decorate the Christmas tree. It only took about five minutes with all the help we had! I remember it taking all night growing up. The girls were able to help out quite a bit. Auntie MoMo curled their hair too and they were doing a model photo shoot. I didn’t have my camera with me but should have some photos up once I get ‘em from MoMo.
